So i have a medium bent spine female guppy, and after her recent birth, she's really lethargic

not pregnant

All livebearers do not last very long because of how much they give birth. I would assume she is getting old and worn out. Her immune system could be breaking down as well, as soon as I see pictures I can say for sure, but I would feed her freeze-dried bloodworms and keep him in warm waters.
