What should I do?

Probably a good idea to relocate the tank to an area away from sunlight.....sunlight is an aquarium's bane.....you can try going to a LPS to buy an algae scrubber or some anti-algae solutions to put into the tank....

Hair algea is generally caused by a excess of nitrates and phosphates in the water which it uses for its food source. Once infected it is very difficult to rid a tank of this curse but reducing nitrates and cutting down on feeding will help by starving the algea of its food source.
