Hagen T5 Ho Tubes For Arcadia I-Bar ?

Would like some help with new tubes for my Arcadia I-Bar.
The LFS does not stock the Arcadia Plant Pro T5's. They said i could fit the Life-Glo's(Hagen)T5 HO instead. How can i make sure the Hagen tubes are compatible with the Arcadia ballast. Last thing i want to do is damage the ballast.
