Guppy with Broken Fin

Yesterday I was doing a gravel vacuum and I looked down to check the water output and then suddenly a smaller guppy of mine was sucked up the tube and quickly spit back out. She was pulled through the tube which must have made one of her fins bend the wrong way and is no longer working, as well as some small lacerations on the same side near her gills, I Separated her into her own personal tank while she is hurt, I fear there is no fixing her fin. I feel horrible, I really want to try to make this all as painless as possible for her, is there some sort of medicine or salt I should add to reduce the pain she may be feeling? Should I euthanize her, or Is it better to make her comfortable while she lives out her days?

Sorry to hear about your fish. I would make sure you have some floating plants in her tank, like Hornwort, etc
Also, I would add some salt, at least one teaspoon per gal.
Anybody else think this sounds right?
