Guppy White spot

My guppys mhave had Whitespot for agese i have treated them 10 times but they still have it. Does anyone have any experence with whitespot that can help me out

Do a vac this helps to remove the parasite when it's in the gravel, retreat turn temp up to 30, add some salt if you have no scaless fish, and keep tank in the dark.
