Guppy Time Period?

The so-called 'gravid spot' isn't a very reliable sign of pregnancy, or how far along the females are.

You'll know when they're very close to giving birth when their bellies 'square off'; the fish will get hugely fat, as if they're about to pop, and there will be distinct corners on their belly, especially at the front.

Would i be able to move them into a smaller tank when giving birth and then move them back after? or would that stress her out?

No, that's fine; don't forget you'll need a mature filter in the tank though :good:
