Guppy In Distress?

hi all, my fav guppy has been huge for about 5 wks now and i mean she is about 3 times her normal size! she really is going to pop its seems that she is that big that she is losing scales, the thing is she seems to like the bottom of the tank at mo she comes up for her food but she lloks that big that she is having troube swimming, the other thing that concerns me is i though she was in labour and having the babies, i can see wot looks like a tiny prune, and i mean prune swiffaled looking pinky thing coming from her like i said i thought this was a baby but its been there all ngt and all day any ideas?

any chance of a pic?
are her scales sticking out like a pine cone?
the thing coming out of her does it look like a prolapse, this happend to my guppy if it is theres not much you can do for her.
