Guppy Help

Hi, I just got a 10 gallon tank and but 3 guppies in it. First of all i didnt know about the whole tank cycling thing so what will happen if i dont do that? Also do i need to get a tank heater for the guppies? And if i do can other fish deal with the temp of the water? Please help me out cause i should probably get a heater soon if i need one. Thanks

You are in for some trouble if your tank isnt cycled. You will have to start changing out your water everyday just in order to keep your fish alive. Do you have testing kits for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate,ph??You need a heater for the guppies also they need to be kept in temps. around 76 degrees. Here is a link that you should try to do. Take your guppies back to the store until you get your tank cycled..

Get on the livebearers forum and you will get all the help you need with your Gups, and get that heater!!!! 76-80F is fine
