Guppy Fry, Mother Died

My guppy gave birth on friday to 14-15 baby fry. Today sunday, my female guppy that gave birth died this morning. What might be the cause do you think?...

It might be general stress from the birth...

Fry can survive on their own, just keep them in a breeding trap or net, (and obviously feed them!) to give them a good start to life!- and not be eaten!
