I think one of my Guppies has Dropsy I don't have a hospital tank :( he has been like it a few days now what can i do?

You could try a salt bath (Epsom or aquarium salt, NOT table salt!); 1 tablespoon to 1 gallon of water for 30 minutes. Has the fish started 'pineconing'? If it has there may not be a lot you can do for it :(

It may not be actual dropsy if the fish has been like that for a few days... It could just be bloated which can appear as dropsy but can be easily sorted with epsom salt baths.
Do you have any pictures?

By 'pineconing' I meant, are it's scales standing out from its body like the scales on a pinecone? One that has happened there's very little hope :-(

Not allowing it as img here is the link

No the scales are fine but the tale has gone very slim with no attacks from fish, he just sits on the bottom and tries to swim every so often.

That doesn't look like dropsy; more like an internal, bacterial infection. A course of Myxazin would be good (do it anyway, even if the fish dies as the others may have already picked it up).

I'll be moving your thread to the Emergency section. I hope your fish gets well soon.

If you want to separate the fish from the other fish you can still do it in the one tank - get a breeding net and the fish can stay in the same water but be separated.

I agree Myxazin is very good stuff. I had to get mine on e-bay. Be careful if you do get it not so spill it as it dyes everything blue.

I know this from Experience...
