We saw him swimming about happily this afternoon at about 3:00pm
The little girl that by girlfriend looks after saw him. She called him nemo as he was orange and white (well silver but she's only 4).
Anyway he was fine back then, but i've just gone to feed them this evening at about 7:00pm and hes pushing up the daisys... :-(

was quite fond of him too... how long do guppies normally live - he's been in our tank for about 8 months.

levels are fine... but i'm just about to do a water change anyway.

any ideas. there was no signs of damage or illness ??

Guppies average life span is about 2 years, and usually by the time you see them in the store and purchase them, they are closing in on a year old. It's hard to say what happened if the rest of your fish are acting normally and everything is fine with your water. :/

water changes evey 8/9 days... this one was 8.

PH 7.3ish as always... same as the levels. temp is fine too..

think it must have just been one of those things. :dunno:

I'll be keeping an eye on the rest of the tanks inhabitants but the other 3 guppies are fine...

bye 'nemo'
(bugger, best get another befor the little girl comes round again  )

I had a female guppy that had babies then we found her one morning and she looked like she popped!! I don't know what that was about!!! :dunno:

Also my male guppy just randomly died too!!! :( But we now have about 30 babies to remember them by!!!

I've never had any luck with guppies bought from shops but the babies are doing fine!!!

I hope all your other fishies are OK though!!! :)
