guppy doin corkscrews

i need help, my female guppy is spinning corkscrews as she swims what do i need to do to save her?
ph 7.2
slightly high alkalinity but still in safe
nitrates are in stress zone but well its expected in this tank with over feeding and waterchanges weekly.

It must be the nitrates, if it can't be lowered she won't survive. I wish you the best of luck... change water, feed less, change water etc...

i have no idea how nitrates could cause corkscrewing as if she can no longer swim.

Sounds more like a disease....dont forget to cycle though.
