Guppy Disease

OK people, this sounds strange and gross, but it is actually happening to my guppies. I have about 60 guppies in a 55 gallon tank. They are all from the same family. The fish develop what looks like an ulcer on their abdomen. Within 2 days, a large growth appears from this ulcer like hole, and by the end of about 5 days, their intestines or internal organs come through. Soon after they die. I am at a loss as to what they have. Can anyone help?

Have you tryed any treatments for this, could be a bad guppy gene.
