Guppy Breeding With Platy?!

One of my male guppies was trying to mate with my mickey mouse platy.I'm pretty sure he made her pregnant, but she's already pregnant. Can he make her pregnant now?

um... no. when your pregnate already your not going to get pregnate, because you already are. and the guppy couldnt have made the plattie pregnate anyways, because they cant do that.

I'd have a hard time believing that a guppy can mate with a platy...

Those darn guppys will try to impregnate anything.... The fish are too different genetically to actually mate and produce offspring...sorry...no gupatys or plaupys.

Yesh guppies try to get everything pregnant! My two male guppies even try to impregnate each other! I'm starting to think they would reject a female if I threw one in there..since I think they are turning.. ...gaaayy....
