Guppy Advice Needed

Hi there,

I have a small 5 gallon tank. I have had 1 lone guppy in there for a few months now. I have wanted to add some more guppies, but I did not have time before now. I am wondering if it is a good idea to add more at this point. I know guppies are peaceful fish, but if this one has been alone for so long, will he react aggressively to any new additions?

Thiank it would be a god thing. Just make sure they ar the same sex or you'll end up effectively adding loads more.

With the five gal I would only add one at a time and give your tank plenty of time to catch up. If you have a male go ahead and try another fancy male. I have several all males in a 10 gal and they look wonderful.

There not aggressive to each other?
