Guppies with intestinal worms?

Some of my guppies have strange loking wormlike things coming out of their bums they are browney red and their is about 3 or 4 on each fish some of the fish don't have the worms instead they have a large ulcer like thing around their bum.

What have my fish got and how do i treat it?

I've noticed that too - first on several females, now on some of the fry (both male and female). The fish seem fine - they are eating and acting normal.

Hope someone can help us out!

Try not feeding the fish for a few days It might starve the worm things....
