Guppies sick

I have 3 guppies that are sick, 1 male guppy has white bits on his tail and down his body but not spots like ICH though, female guppy has the same on her top fin as it is see through it's easier to spot but not on her body

my other guppy has no white bits but is trailing white stringy looking faeces, i'm stuck of what to do.

Over weekend my tank went into bad state, i tested my water and it was shockingly bad (unknown) ammonnia was 0.1mg and nitrite was 2.0mg!!!!! in fact it was off the chart i got, it has never been like that. Anyway i did a 50% waterchange and the levels went to a safer zone, now three of my guppies have got sick since

i think i have upset them too much.

Don't think it is ICH looks like fungus of some kind. my guppy that is trailing white poop is laying on gravel nd unable to maintain balance in water.

i need some help

Cheers for that sandyd, i think it's a start of a fungus infection. So i have popped them into a hospital tank with some Protozon treatment by Waterlife.
