Gungey plants??

Hey, some of my plants and my bogwood seem to have a sort of film over them, it appears to be white and looks weird, any idea of what it might be?

Im adding pictures to http/matthew5799.fotopic.net at the moment, they are pretty blurry as the camera focused on the glass of the tank I think.
