Grumpy Badis Male

I have 2 Badis Badis, one male and one female. They been fine untill I move them to another long established tank. Since the move the male have been chasing the female around nearly all the time. I also have 5, 2-3 week old molly fry in there that he does'nt chase or bother, it just the female.

She does'nt look full of eggs, so I don't think it's pawn behavoir.

Do you think it just the move and he may settle down, is it worth ptting a small pot in just in case they need to spawn, or is the male just in a moad and taking his anger out on the female.

I would put a few pots [ caves ] in if possible , in my experience the females don't hide as much as the males . She needs a break , and maybe if he's busy going from spot to spot she can get one .
