:angry:Ok well I have been having this problem with my fish tank pretty much ever since i got it. Right now I have 5 guppy's, 6 red eye tetras, 1 molly, 2 platys, pearl gourami in my 25 gallon tank ( i know i am over stocked). umm well i have had about 5 fish die from being chewed at I had a opaline gourami die, 4 guppys, 1 of my mollys. I had a golden gourami and i noticed she was vey agressive so I gave her away thinking she was the problem but yesterday I found my pearl gourami in the corner pretty badly chewed up. I dont know who else can be picking on the fish. what do you guys think?.

lol i was going to say the gurami! my rummynose never had a go at all.
lol must be me!!

My red eye tetras are picked on by my female dwarf gourami  .
Golden gouramis can be aggressive, so you did the right thing by rehoming yours.

It is most likely to be the tetras, the guppys would have trouble doing that to a pear gourami.
Are you sure it's fin nipping that's going on though?
I seriously doubt red eye tetras would be that aggressive  .
