is there any kind of food or anything at aall to make the fish grow bigger??like powerups,foods

Well, young fish can be fed high protein food and fed often (for example, 5 times per day) to "power feed" them, but this is not suitable for anything more than fry, or juveniles.
I have found that fry who are "power fed" on average grow larger than those who are not.

I really should emphasize that this is NOT suitable for adult fish (realistically, for any fish over 2 months old, even if it is not an adult), ever, under any circumstance.

You have the wrong fish for power feeding really as they're both picky eaters. B est thing for growth is clean water and lots of room
