hi everyone, alrigh ti have a question about growout tanks for my babies.

First of all, i have 24 betta fry (give or take one or two), and i have about 10-12 molly fry (about the same size as the bettas, both nearly one inch).

That makes a total of about 36 fish

I have about 18-20 in a 15G tank, and the rest of them in another 15g tank.

My question is, will be this enough for the bettas as a grwout tank or do i need to get a bigger tank?

If i have to, i haev a spare 10g and a 5g that i can put in my heated fishroom, but i'd rather keep them in the two 15gs somehow.

What do you guys think? is this setup okay or should i split them up and fill the 10g and 5g too?

thanks

for like 24 it sounds like it should be fine, i plan on keeping 100+ in a 20g so 24 in a 15 should be ok ;)
Couldnt say it better.......

Good Luck CC

100+ in a 20? -_-

I have a 100+ in a 27 1/2 (4 foot long) and I'm moving them into a 55 tomorrow because they need more room.

cc~ I think your set up will be fine for that number of fish. You'll be pulling them before ya know it anyway ;)

cool thanks :D i just want to know that the tank wont' be too small for them and they'll stop growing or something
