Why does my green terror have a white tail instead of an orange one

There's more than one species that’s called Green Terror. Andinoacara stalsbergi has an orange edge, A.rivulatus has a white edge. You probably have stalsbergi, the ‘original’ GT.

Oh ok so he will never get an orange tail because he has diferent genes in fine with that though I like how they get that little lump on ther head
