Hi I Love Fish

Welcome to the wonderful world of puffer keeping  , unfortunately your little puffer is not really suitable for a 10 gal tank (usually 30 gal is recomended) and will need to be relocated to a bigger tank eventually. They also don't make good tankmates for cichlids, partly because of aggression, but mostly because they really should be kept in BW (Brackish water) as they age to keep them healthy and happy, while the cichlids are a FW (fresh water) fish.
There is a great article on keeping Green spotted Puffers at Keeping GSP's that you may find helpful.
