green speckles on glass

OK. So my tank has recently cycled and when I was cleaning the diatoms off the glass I noticed tiny green speckles on the glass, some with little hairs sticking out. Is this hair algae, is it bad. Comments anyone?

Normal algae. Get some Turbo, Nerite or Margarita snails and they will gobble the stuff up.
