Green Severums in a 70 gallon?

Can I keep a pair of Green Severums in a 70 gallon tank? I'm considering them as an alternative to clown loaches. The biggest I can get them is 1", can they be sexed when they're smaller?

yes 2 will work in a 70 gal

its basicalyimpossible to sex sevs untill they breed.

The best way to get a pair is to get 6 juvies, and let them grow and pair off on their own. You can either trade in or rehouse the other 4 when you have a pair

umm you could keep more than two..... unless hte tank is already wel stocked

I have four in a 75 gallon but I think thats on the border because when they pair off and spawn the male will chase the other pair relentlessly <---- not sure of spelling
