I don`t count sheep to get to sleep, I count fish
I have a 35L Arcadia tank with rcs in and have noticed that there's an oily, greasy film on the surface of the water.
The tank has been running for a few weeks now and I used media from my 180L community tank filter in the filter when I started the shrimp tank along with the water from the previous tank that the shrimp were in.
I'm presuming that as the shrimps are breeding like rabbits and they're a very bright red that they are ok but I wondered whether or not the quality of the water is right because of this greasy film? I do approx 30-35% wc every week.
