Why not just stick to the normal type? the normal doesn't use any electricity, and with global warming being a major issue, every little helps

I'd stick with just the normal type too; those battery powered ones aren't very eficient, and if your gravel needs cleaning, you might as well do a bit of a w/c at the same time, tbh.

I have something similar and it's not that good to be honest. I prefer my syphon that takes some water too
