If you want to post an imagine off the web, right click on the image and go to 'properties', copy the URL and then when you're writing your post click the IMG button above the text box and paste the URL of the image, then click on I|MG again.Cavafish said:I still havent worked out how to post images and stuff *sigh* Not that I've worked out how to photograph my fishes........................it seems sooo cruel to use a flash
It should be noted that unless you are hosting the image on your own web hosting, you shouldn't do this. Whoever owns the hosting for that image will have to pay for the extra bandwidth caused by you using their image. It's better to post a link to the page the image is on rather than remote linking without permission. If you want to post an imagine off the web, right click on the image and go to 'properties', copy the URL and then when you're writing your post click the IMG button above the text box and paste the URL of the image, then click on I|MG again.
Good point. The site I use (photobucket.com) allows IMG tags up to a certain bandwidth per month.luxum said:It should be noted that unless you are hosting the image on your own web hosting, you shouldn't do this.
