I've kept all 3 on a tank together in the past along with a lacey gourami and never had any trouble other than 2 female angels fighting over the fella

Yeah the angels were around 2 years old and the angels a little older. I've had a few tanks over the years and nearly always had gourami in them. I panicked when I first bought a gold and blue 3 spot gourami as most people were saying how they were going to be fighting and terrorising everything else in the tank but I can hand on heart say I've had plenty of gourami and never had any issues other than the odd play chase

yeh i have found the blues have much better colour than the goldens and seem to have grown much quicker not sure why.

Should be no problem, angelfish might get nippy once its feeding time tho =)

Yeh mine keep to their selfs no problem my angel fish is more interested in try to attack my 2 nd biggest angel dsnt even look at my gours and vise versa

i have a 29 gallon tank with a 4 inch opaline male, gold and pearl female Gouramis and 2 large angels. they keep too themselves. i feed pretty often about 4 or 5 times aday with different food to stop any competition. my opaline loves omega 3 brine shrimp cubes.
