i had 4 ghost shrimps in my tank. now i have spotless blue gourami and moonlight gourami, i cant find my shrimps!!!

do gouramis eat ghost shrimps?

any way i can have both in the tank? i was thinking throwin in half broken mini pots to make a cave like shelter for the shrimp in the near future.

Unfortunately yes, Gouramis do eat Ghost Shrimp. They are at their most vulnerable when they are moulting.

If you provide plenty of plants and hiding places, you will have a better chance of keeping them alive, however ultimately they will become fish food.

It is possible to keep them together for a while, sometimes months but in the end its bye bye shrimpies :(

do they fight or kill neons? lol im missing 1 of 5 of my neons now. cant seem to find the body either(think my snail ate it....i had neons in there for about 4 days with the gouramis :(

Gouramis will eat what they can fit in their mouths. Why would they not have a nice snack of ghost shrimp? The shrimp would not even be a challenge for them. The neons will swim away so they have a bit better chance of surviving for a while.
