Gourami is it a male or female?

Hi all this is a cobalt dwarf gourami. Is this a make or a female?

Almost all of the cobalt blue gouramis for sale are males they do not sell females so you are pretty much guaranteed that you have a male in front of you.
 
I think the little point at the end of the dorsal fin makes it a male. Female is more rounded. This is good here:

 
Definitely a male. Besides a more intensive coloring, also the tip of the dorsal fin should be pointy in an adult male. Young males can still have that tip round edged. So, when a young male hasn't matured yet, it's hard to tell with which sex you're dealing with.
