Gourami has a disease???????

My Dwarf Gourami has a small white bump on his middle section. If anyne knows what this disease is or how to treat it, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

It might be a tumor growing on his head.

now it looks like an indent, i dunno what going on with him....

If it's a bump it may very well be a tumor, which you will have to let run its natural course or perhaps euthanize the fish if it's obviously in pain. But if it now is a hole I'm stumped. Perhaps put him in a hospital tank and add some sort of general medicine like Melafix or at least watch the indent very closely.
