Gourami Feeding Advice

I've read that it is ok to put some vegetables into my Tank for my Blue Gouramis' to peck at, like bits of lettuce, and sometimes peas... though I've never tried yet.

So I just bought a bunch of fresh strawberries to eat, and am now curious if, it would be safe to put a couple into my tank for my Gouramis to peck at?

Sure why not.

Most food like that should be considered safe if it's just a one-off or every now and then.

My fish don't like strawberries. They like banana though.

Anything fresh is worth giving a go, if they like it thats great, but if they dont dont leave it in the water

just make sure everything is thouroughly washed to remove any chemichals/pesticides on the produce.
