Lately I've noticed that my honey gourami has been swimming up to the heater, rubbing up against it and then swimming away quickly like she was burned. She does this at least three or four times, usually after I just fed her, then goes back to swimming around like normal. She's developed this bright red mark on her side, about the size of her pupil, I think it might be a burn mark? I attached a picture of it. It was the best I could do, she swims really fast.

She's in a 20g planted tank with 6 rasbora laticlavia and 6 neon tetras and one nerite snail. The neons usually stay down by the bottom and she and the rasbora usually hang out by the top. They all get alone fine and there is no chasing or harassing going on, except for one of the rasbora who I guess is the dominant one, who chases the other rasbora around sometimes, but stays completely away from the gourami. There's also driftwood in the tank, and I use Prime from Seachem on the water.

I just tested the water, and the ammonia is 0, GH is 0, KH is 0, pH is 7.5, Nitrite is 0 and Nitrate is 20.

The only thing that's changed was that I moved about 5 weeks ago and that's when I added the tetras, which I've had since before I bought her, but they were in a different tank (I put added them to the 20g because my new place doesn't have that much room). She seemed fine until just recently, so I don't think that has anything to do with it, but I don't know what else it could be. All her other tank mates are completely fine, it's just her that's acting weird. She doesn't seem sick, and other than the weird behaviour after feeding, she's completely fine.

Does anyone know what's going on?

I noticed my guppies start "flashing" after I feed them. Flashing means they rub up against something and quickly dart away.... Could be that that spot is itchy and she is trying to scratch it. The stress of having new tank mates may have made her more susceptible to some type of illness... Perhaps someone will know what type of medicine... if any, to give her.
