Got My Tank Back After 5 Months

Brother has been tank sitting my setup for the last 5 months.

Finally got my new sitting room decorated and moved the tank in yesterday.

My live rock has changed a lot over the last 5 months and I noticed I have a sizeable aiptasia which I need to remove. (any ideas?)

Also, I have 5 of these things growing out of one piece of rock - are they good or bad ?
