i took a big risk and bought my live rock on EBAY. I was very happy with the stuff i recieved though and for $3 a lb shipped i could not complain. After a week of curing it was good to go. Luckily for you california and florida are the hotbeds for liverock in the united states so shipping cost should be low or you could possibly do local pick up. Not many live rock dealers located in connecticut.
