I have a Juwel Vision 260 tank, stocked with a nice selection of community fish.

Anyway, yesterday I was mooching around my local aquarium and I noticed that they were selling the fluval filters with 40% off. Now I seem to remember reading somewhere that the standard Juwel filters are not the best so I picked up a Fluval 204 for about 42 quid.

I fitted it yesterday, it seems to be running well (apart from 3 of my neon's dying) so ive now got the 2 filters running in the one tank.

Basically is it possible to over filter ?

And if everythings looking all right can I squeeze a few more fish in than if I just had the one filter ?

Thanks

I over filter it best too, as long as the fish are not being blown about, plus they are not struggling to swim it sounds fine, you can only overstock abit, don't go mad just because you have another filter, or you will setting yourself up for desaster.
