Got A New Plattie!

I Seen her in the shop and just had to get her, needed some more females anyway, so got her in pic, and got a bright reddie/orange (need to wear sun glasses to see her) swordtale as well.

What do i call her then! recon any names?

and what is her actual known name!

The white ones they call blue. There's a slight blue tint to them, but hardly enough to truly call them blue in my opinion.

i have the same one too i just got rid of some of my other fish and got two new platys one looks just like that she just gave me new babies! she ate 3 of them though but she was being picked in by my other female in the tank but now its the other way around she picks on her i think i need to get more females so they stop picking on each other though. but thats a great platy! i havent really picked out a name for her yet either though. i just havent found the right name yet....

Lovely mate, I myself have just picked up 4 little orange ones!! lovely fish and cant wait for babies.........

a name hmmmm you could call her Victoria, as in Beckham, mainly because she is gorgeous, yet see through lol

I'm quite far away in the south of Devon!

Although a couple of fry from my Female Red Platy x Male Tuxedo/Comet/Mickey Mouse/Sunset Mix are now showing a very distinct Mickey Mouse tail (the four batches previous didn't) so I'm hoping they'll make it.

I have 2 MickeyMouse Platies (aswell as a red wagtail who has paired up with the one, and a pure orange one). One of them is orange and the other is whitw with an orange dorsal fin! They are soooooo sweet!
