Got a new Betta!!!

He is so pretty. I found him at walley mart. His body is a really really dark red, almost a maroon colour. His fins start out a really dark grey to black and then turn into a really light blue, almost white. In a couple places he seems to have green in them to. He looks like he was supposed to be a crown tail almost but his fins are kinda wackey. But still very pretty and not wackey enough to stop him from swimming well. I don't know when I'll have any pics, our hard drive pooped out on us, I'm using a friends computer right now to post. Hopefully be mid week we will have a new hd. Also we were supposed to buy our buddies digi cam and we haven't yet so I will have to wait for the hubby to take pics of him. That could take a year

Anyhow, just wanted to tell you all about my new fish, I just love him.

it sounds like you have a combtail,i went to wal-mart today and say some pure white ct females but i didnt have any money with me. lol i was going crazy because wal-mart never has good bettas

You could be right catfish, I'm not all that familiar with all the different kinds out there. I was getting some other things at wal mart when I saw this guy, so I snatched him up. I didn't see any females at all though. I was going to get a female b/c they are cheaper, but like I said, I didn't see any. Maybe next time though
