hi
our we have three silver dollars in a 50 gallon tank, one is about 2 inchs across and is very round, while the other two are slightly more elongated, and are about 2.5 inchs across.
the two larger ones spend all thier time together, leaving the third one to it's own devices most of the time. however recently these two larger ones have been seen swimming side by side really close, wiht their tail fins touching, they then start to vibrate really quickly against each other.
is this some kind of mating ritual or are they just playing?
thanks
