Good U.s. Website For Bogwood?

Does anyone know of a good site to order bog/driftwood from? I want to get a BN, but can't find any wood locally. I'm not looking for a big piece, probably around a foot at most, and definitely not one attached to slate. Though the pieces that come with plants already attached are really neat. Also, what is the difference between bogwood and driftwood? And what's a good average price?
