Do these two tanks look worth that much or if not how much do you think I could offer for them? Thanks!

I have for sale a 10 gallon tank that comes with
gravel from aquacreations (blue and black)
heater 50W
aquaclear mini filter
wood ornament

whole system is less than 3 months old, comes with extra bulbs (non flourescent)

other 10 gallon:
Hagen tank with flourescent bulb
gravel
laval rock
heater
aquaclear mini filter.

This system is only 5 months old, comes with one extra flourescent bulb.

Asking 170 obo for the two TOGETHER firm on that

When buying used tropical systems, I have never paid more than two dollars a gallon.
Good rule of thumb for me. Many times I have paid less than a buck a gallon.

yes but with supplies included??
As well

33 gallon tank:
Penguin BioWheel 330 filter
Hagen fluorescent canopy & light
2 heaters
gravel
decorations
food (tropical fish flake food, freeze dried bloodworms, tablet food for bottom dwellers)
timer for lights
AquaPlus tap water conditioner (8oz bottle)
LeafZone aquarium plant food (8oz bottle)
cleaning supplies (gravel vacuum, algae sponge...) & nets of various sizes
wooden stand (bought @ Aqua Creations, real wood, not the flimsy
particleboard stuff)

Would like to get $200 Canadian
Too much for it you think? if so what should i offer for it, its about a year and a half old, tank is over 6 years old much the same with most of the supplies

I was thinking of just getting this big tank instead of 2 little ones, is this a good price for a 33gallon??? LAST QUESTION, PROMISE, as a university student i hold onto my pennies pretty hard, so i want to make sure this is an ok deal

Go for it, as a fellow uni. student, I can say that's a good price... Comes with a good filter, canopy, lights, 2 heaters, and best of all, a stand... Hard pressed to find a better deal than that IMO. Where'd you find this? In the newspapers?
