Good Deal On Orca?

Hi, I've seen this offer in my LFS

orca nano reef (with all the stuff you would usually get)
stand
Liquid test kits

RO water (presumably enough to fill the tank)
2kg instant ocean

some random buffer stuff

for £250 - does this seem good for a 12 g nano?

Stand £50 (not too sure)

Phosban £9 but ask for Rowaphos much better imho
RO £2 roughly 5p a litre here
salt £12
buffer £10
LR £50

I make that £253 I think not much of a saving but still a saving.
