freshwater barracuda maybe
whats an asian gar? try getting a pic or scientific name.
whats the dimensions of the 75g as i doubt theyre that wide which will restrict what you can have.

Its a needle nose gar.....It has a black stripe down its body. It was called a asian gar at the pet store. I just did a little more research and found what it actually was.

My tanks dimension is 48x18x24

Channa micropeltus is good :p

you mean the largest growing snakehead? Channa MicropeltEs aka the giant snakehead?

snakeheads are great fish, in a 75 you could go for a smaller growing species of snakehead like dwarf snakeheads.

or you could go for some of the smaller Pike cichlids

No.
Channa (especially dwarfs) are not community fish. They should be in species only tanks.
Not to mention pretty much all smaller Channa are sub-tropical. This will not fit with the tropical Polypterus and Pike he has at present.

got to your county fish farm and get yourself a nice large-mouth bass, pickerel, or pike. make sure you keep them full though, if you feed them everyday once or twice, you should be ok. I would say catch a snakehead, as they are just a big bag of fun, but that's probably illegal to own where you are. If you want a store-bought fish, can go wrong with barracudas or tire track eel. Just know something beforehand, carnivores are no joke, if you get a decent meat-eater, it will take all you got to keep them in pristene condition. They are SO much fun to own, you will enjoy anything you get :) good luck!
