i thought this might be a kool little thing to help weed out good products from the not so good

also post if theirs a an extremely bad product

post all equipment including medications to stands to aquariams and filters and stuff

heres some stuff that is very good that i use

i use these products and they work so good, especially the heater i havnt found a better 1 yet

JBL cristal pro external filters!!

THE JBL is awesome in terms of ease of use and simplicity and it's deadly quiet.
I also run an eheim 2028 which is also top-notch, the suto-prime feature is very useful for not having to start a syphon yourself but overall I have a soft-spot for my JBL.
I also really like my Jager heater, out of the box it feels solid, the build quality looks a lot better compared to other heaters I've used and I expect it to heat my tank water reliably for many years to come.

Well, I'm not sure if it counts, but I can vouch for Instant Ocean salt. Also, prime by Seachem is a good product too.

I am new to this but i just bought a TetraTec EX700 and i can't belive how simple it is.

clip on hoses and spray bar. attach to filter. wash easy to remove filter to remove dust. push the siphon button till water comes out spray bar. Turn on...... Done. a light shake to remove trapped air will quieten the filter not that its heard anyway. its VERY VERY quiet..... Wouldn't need enclosing in a cabinet to make it quiet....

PS. Zooplus its 50 quid comes in about 2-4 days and has a solid german to uk plug converter included.

Maplins for a plug timer. Its digital and allows up to 8 individual setting from week, day, every other day, 1 day only ETC.... and its 8.99. and DOES do low energy lights....

Agree! I have had my eheim classic canister for over ten years now and still using it. perfect, would definitely recommend Eheim products, the only thing against is the $ but hey it last you a life time!
