Goldfish & Veg

hi all,iv got 4 commo goldfish and i feed them peas twce a week aswel as flake & live food.is there any other type of veg they will eat and ow much,how often should i feed it?thanks. x

Mick puts bits of Pear, cucumber and apple in for my lot and they love it! He puts a wee weight on it and puts about a quarter of apple in and its gone by the next morn only skin left!

I'm sure there are alot more you could try too!

Thanks for that,hadnt thought about putting fruit in.how ofen does mick give them fruit etc?love your tank by the way!!wish we had room for a big one but we only live in a small house so theres no chance!my goldies are moving to a pond in may time when the weathers warmer so they will have enough space to grow. x

Mick normally gives them fruit or veg about once a week the rest of teh time they get floating sticks and sinking pellets and about once or twice a week they get live food. The shubunkins love prawns!
