One of my goldfish has a moderately large white growth on its back. It is acting normal and eating and it has been there for a long time, but I still want to know what it is and how to get rid of it. My other fish also have white patches on their bodies as if they are missing their scales in some places and one of them has a red dot at the base of its tail. Here are pictures.
They are all acting normal. They are in a 29 gallon tank along with a mystery snail.
Please help me diagnose this!
From what I've read so far, I think it is anchorworm. But it's better to be safe than sorry Everything is normal. I have no living plants.
