Goldfish Airration

how much airration is needed for a fancy goldfish in a 20gallon?
the tank isnt filtered but has a small current and air bubbles from the current. imagine water flowing out of air tubing hitting the water from 3" is this sufficient? answer needed

The fish needs a filter, one that does atleast 200 gph, then after that you can do whatever you want with the air. Unless the water is really warm the filter will agitate the water enough to let oxygen in.
