Golden Pearls

Has anyone tried Golden Pearls on their adults?

I bought some for mine, not realizing they were for fry.

imo, they will just cloud your water, as they are a fine red powder.

Not for adult usage imo lol.

Those are for frys around a month old to 3 months old. I used them and they are very handle. I don't think it clouds the water either. Which type did you get? They comes with different sizes too. I don't think it is for adult betta anyway.

I didn't mean they will cloud your water because of them persay...just they will if you feed them to adults..because they are so tiny..there is no way to get them back out after they don't eat them...you can't see them once they are in the water lol.

Uha. Mine don't cloud the water and I have mystery snails in the tank to eat the left over. As for right now, I feed my 1 1/2 month old red halfmoon with the bling bling babies now with golden pearl. If I got extra BS, I let them have it. I started to feed them frozen blackworm now too if I got extra after feeding the adults. It is time to have variety diet in their food as they growth big.
